What is the Sacred Heart Diet?
The number of diets that are available in the market today is quite high. This is since a large part of the world’s population, suffer from weight problems. However, the sacred heart diet is unlike other diets that are available today.
This is a type of diet that is based on taking soup for a week in order to flush out toxins in the body and at the same time help one loose weight. This diet is primarily made of vegetables and it is supposed to be taken through out the week with no other foods. However, certain liquids and foods may be allowed but only to aid a person have the energy to function well.
Some of the foods that make up them diet include carrots, green peppers, tomatoes among others. A person can take as much soup as they want, but they cannot take it with any other thing. In fact, there are people who swear that the more soup one takes, the more weight they loose. However, the sacred heart diet does not work if a person cheats- by eating other foods, or by using any other type of soup. It is a revolutionary diet that works great within a week.
